By accessing and using REPAIRRR's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
"Platform" refers to REPAIRRR's website and mobile applications. "Customer" refers to users booking home repair services. "Service Professional" or "Vendor" refers to verified professionals offering services. "Services" refers to home repair and maintenance services offered through the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You must create an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Customers select services and professionals through the platform. Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows without cancellation receive no refund. Service professional cancellations result in a full refund to the customer.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment is required at time of booking. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Platform fees and service charges apply as displayed. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Customers must provide accurate booking information, be present at scheduled service times, ensure safe access to service location, and communicate respectfully. Service professionals must maintain valid licenses, provide services professionally, arrive on time, and maintain required insurance coverage.
Users must not provide false information, use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt to bypass payment systems, harass other users, share account credentials, scrape platform data, or post fake reviews.
In case of disputes, contact our support team within 48 hours with evidence and documentation. We will investigate and mediate fairly. Our decision in disputes is final.
REPAIRRR acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent service professionals. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REPAIRRR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content on the platform, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by REPAIRRR and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
